KABUL: The Chinese Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the victims of the explosion in Kabul and urged Taliban officials to take immediate measures to protect Chinese citizens and interests in Afghanistan. This comes after the “China Lanzhou Beef Noodles” restaurant in Shahr-e Naw, Kabul, was targeted in an explosion on Monday, resulting in the deaths of seven people, including a Chinese citizen, and injuring 13 others. The Taliban has not yet provided details about the identities of the other victims.
