US President Donald Trump says Washington may not support the UK over the Falkland Islands dispute if Britain fails to cooperate with the US over the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump said Britain benefits heavily from oil shipments through the strait but had not provided enough assistance to the US in the region.
The Falkland Islands have long been disputed between the UK and Argentina. The two countries fought a war over the islands in 1982.
