The Afghan Republic Front has claimed responsibility for killing a member of the Taliban’s intelligence service in Kabul.
In a statement, the group said its urban fighters targeted the individual in the Dasht-e Bist Hazari area of Jabar Khan at around 4pm on Sunday, 11 October.
The front said its forces were continuing operations in Kabul and other provinces to identify people it accuses of working with the Taliban’s intelligence services.
It also warned those it described as Taliban intelligence collaborators to stop cooperating with the group.
