Iranian media report that Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan’s Interior Minister, has arrived in Tehran a few minutes ago. According to the Tasnim news agency, he is expected to meet Iranian officials, including Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, to discuss a range of regional and bilateral issues. The report adds that Naqvi also met Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif prior to his departure for Tehran and received instructions regarding talks related to negotiations between Iran and the United States. The Interior Minister of Pakistan had also visited Iran twice in one week last month to hold consultations with Iranian officials on the same issue.
