Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has reacted to the burning and intentional killing of four people, including three Afghan migrants, saying she is “shocked” by the incident and describing it as a “terrible crime.” In a post on X , she said Italy will not retreat in the face of violence and fear, stressing the need for a full clarification of all aspects of the incident. Meloni added that those responsible must be brought to justice. She also expressed condolences to the families of the victims.
