The Kremlin press office reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed, in a telephone conversation, the negative consequences of the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, particularly in the areas of energy, trade, and logistics. According to the Kremlin statement, both sides emphasized the need for an immediate ceasefire and the establishment of peace arrangements that take into account the legitimate interests of all countries in the region.
