Iranian media report that Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, has travelled to Iran. According to the ISNA news agency, the Interior Minister of Pakistan arrived in the city of Mashhad on Saturday June 20, 2026 and is expected to travel from there to Tehran, the capital of Iran. The report adds that Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmaeil Baghaei, said the trip is taking place as part of Islamabad’s ongoing efforts related to talks between Iran and the United States.
