According to Reuters, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a shooting in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv left 14 people injured, including a 12-year-old boy. Authorities said a gunman opened fire on civilians, then took hostages inside a supermarket before being killed by police. The Security Service of Ukraine is investigating the incident as a terrorist act. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said negotiations with the attacker lasted about 40 minutes but failed. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko identified the suspect as a 58-year-old man from Moscow.
