TEL AVIV: International media reports indicate that the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has dispatched a military aircraft, an A40OM, to Israel to evacuate its citizens for their safety.

Approximately 250,000 French citizens are currently residing in Israel, and the plan is to first transfer them to Cyprus before returning them to France.

This action comes on the eleventh day of escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, following recent missile attacks by the U.S. on Iranian nuclear facilities.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that all significant Iranian nuclear facilities have been completely destroyed, a claim that the Iranian government has denied.

The attacks have prompted widespread international reactions and have incited anger among Iranian officials, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), who have warned of a strong response to the U.S. actions.
