KYIV: According to Ukraine’s emergency services, Russian drone strikes in the Dnipropetrovsk region resulted in at least 17 deaths on Sunday. Ukrainian officials reported that 15 individuals were killed when a Russian drone struck near a bus in the Pavlohrad area and two casualties occurred in a drone strike on a residential home in the regional center, Dnipro. Furthermore, officials noted that another attack in the city of Zaporizhzhia resulted in at least six injuries. These strikes come as anticipation grows for a new round of talks between Kyiv and Moscow, expected to begin later this week. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that these discussions will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from February 15 to 16.
