Body of a man found hanging in Mazar-i-Sharif

MAZAR-E-SHARIF: Local sources in Balkh report that the body of a man has been found hanging in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of the province. According to the sources, the body was discovered this morning on the rooftop of the Taliban’s Anti-Narcotics Department building in Balkh. Published images show that the man was hanging from a telecommunications antenna. As of now, the identity of the individual and the circumstances surrounding this incident remain unclear. Local Taliban officials in Balkh have not commented on the matter.
