Afghanistan’s U-17 Football Team competes with Iran

KABUL: The Afghanistan U-17 national football team will play its third match against Iran in the Central Asian Championship (CAFA) today.

According to the Afghanistan Football Federation’s Facebook page, the match will take place at 5 PM local time in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

In the championships, the Afghan team lost its first match to Turkmenistan and suffered another defeat against Tajikistan in the second match.

The U-17 Championship is currently being hosted by Uzbekistan, featuring teams from Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan.
