Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Taliban, has stated that the recent Pakistani military attacks on the provinces of Kunar, Paktia, and Paktika will not go unanswered, warning that Pakistan will regret its actions. Speaking to Shamshad Television, Mujahid said that the Taliban would not remain silent in the face of Pakistan’s attacks. He added that if responding through airstrikes is not possible, the group would take action through ground operations. The Taliban spokesperson emphasized that the group has the capability to respond and will determine the timing and manner of its retaliation.
