Mojtaba Khamenei calls for legal action over alleged war crimes by US and Israel

Mojtaba Khamenei, in a message on the occasion of Iran’s Judiciary Week, has accused the United States and Israel of committing “war crimes” during the conflicts of 2025 and 2026, and called for the serious legal prosecution of these cases in both domestic and international courts. He said the cases should be fully investigated and the perpetrators held accountable and punished. Khamenei added: “The perpetrators of these crimes must be brought to justice and made to pay for their actions.”
