President Donald Trump has said he may travel to Islamabad to finalize a potential agreement with Iran. In an interview with Fox News, Trump stated that he could personally visit Pakistan if a deal is signed in its capital. He also praised Pakistan’s leadership for its role in the process. “Asim Munir has been outstanding. The Prime Minister of Pakistan has also been excellent, so I may go,” Trump said. His remarks come amid reports of a deadlock in U.S.-Iran negotiations, with both sides reportedly considering a temporary arrangement to prevent further escalation.
