After Victory in Europe Mohammad Ali Azimi, an Afghan bodybuilder based in Austria, has secured a remarkable victory at the “Benelux Flex” competition held in the Netherlands, earning qualification for the prestigious Mr. Olympia contest. Competing on Monday April 6 in the Classic Physique division, Azimi delivered an outstanding performance that earned him first place and drew strong attention from the judging panel. In the same competition, Fran Mina Ibanez of Spain and Siem Goossens of the Netherlands finished in second and third place, respectively. With this achievement, Azimi becomes only the second Afghan athlete to qualify for Mr. Olympia, widely regarded as the highest level of professional bodybuilding competition in the world. Reports indicate that Azimi has trained for years under the guidance of Ali Bilal, a renowned bodybuilder who has previously won the Arnold Classic title and secured two runner-up finishes at Mr. Olympia.
