Heavy rains in Helmand province have caused the roof of a house to collapse, killing three people, including two children and a woman, and injuring six others. The Taliban’s Department of Information and Culture in Helmand confirmed the incident, stating that it occurred in the village of Amanullah Kariz in Sangin district. According to the Taliban statement, the accident happened around 4 a.m. on Wednesday. Most of the injured are women and children, who have been transferred to the local hospital for treatment.
