The Afghanistan national buzkashi team is set to face Uzbekistan in the semi-final of the “Kokpar 2026” World Championships in Kazakhstan today, Friday, at 10:30 a.m. According to the Afghanistan Buzkashi Federation, the team competed in Group B alongside Hungary, Russia, and Mongolia. Afghanistan secured the top position in the group after winning all three matches and collecting nine points, earning qualification for the semi-finals.
