JALALABAD: Officials in Nangarhar have reported that a man committed suicide in the Bagrami area of the 7th district of Jalalabad city after becoming distressed over his sold land. According to a statement from the Nangarhar media office, the individual had sold his land to another person, who was developing it. This situation caused deep distress for the man, leading him to take his own life with a handgun. Family members of the deceased confirmed that he had become emotional over the sale of the land and the activities taking place on it, resulting in his tragic decision. Previously, several individuals in various provinces have also committed suicide for different reasons.
