In a suicide attack on a bus carrying students in Balochistan, Pakistan, five people, including three children, were killed and dozens more injured.
The Pakistan Army has accused India of supporting “proxy terrorist groups” responsible for the attack.
According to military officials, the incident occurred on Wednesday (May 21) in Khuzdar while the army-operated bus was transporting students to school and resulted in five fatalities and 38 injuries.
Pakistani authorities state: “The attack was carried out by a suicide bomber using an explosive-laden vehicle, although no group has claimed responsibility so far.”
“Islamabad alleges that India-backed proxy groups were involved in this attack, but the Indian government has yet to respond to these accusations.”
It is noteworthy that Pakistan has previously experienced deadly attacks on military educational institutions.
