Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Moscow is ready to restore relations and resume cooperation with its European neighbours.
Speaking at a meeting of Russia’s military-industrial commission, Putin said Russia had no intention of taking aggressive action against European countries and saw no reason to do so.
He also criticised what he described as military activities and exercises in Europe, saying Russia was prepared to resume relations with its European neighbours.
