Saudi Arabia’s air force commander has met with the deputy commander of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) to discuss ways of strengthening military and security cooperation. The meeting was described as the second engagement between Saudi defence officials and CENTCOM representatives in recent days. The talks come amid rising regional tensions and ongoing confrontation between Iran and the United States.
