India has delivered a new consignment of humanitarian assistance to Kabul as part of its continued support for the people of Afghanistan. The aid includes family tents, which were handed over to Afghanistan’s Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation to help meet the shelter and rehabilitation needs of Afghan returnees. The assistance is intended to support families returning to Afghanistan who face temporary housing shortages and other immediate humanitarian challenges. The delivery forms part of India’s ongoing humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
