Rubin Sattar, commander of Unit 01 in Panjshir, says he and the forces under his command are safe and in good health.
In a message, Sattar called on those he accused of trying to “sell” the unit’s forces and hand them over to the enemy to stop such efforts.
He described the alleged attempts as “shameful and treacherous” and warned that any continuation of such actions “will not go unanswered”.
