Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf said on Sunday that the United States should have realised that the era of Iran’s “proportionate responses” was over.
Speaking during a parliamentary session, Ghalibaf said Iran’s recent strikes on what he described as aggressors’ military bases were “only the beginning”.
He warned that any further attack on Iran’s interests or security would face a response that would be “faster, heavier and more painful”.
