India has delivered 13 tons of tuberculosis vaccines to Afghanistan to support disease prevention efforts. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs said the shipment has been handed over to Afghanistan’s Ministry of Public Health. According to officials, the vaccines will strengthen child immunization programs and boost efforts to combat tuberculosis. India has previously provided multiple rounds of medical assistance to Afghanistan over the past year.
