The Israeli army has announced that it targeted Iran’s strategic air defense systems and carried out operations in parts of Iran. In a statement, the Israeli military said the attacks were conducted by the air force and were aimed at air defense systems in various locations across Iran. Israeli media, citing their sources, also reported a new attack in Tehran. Meanwhile, reports have emerged of Israeli fighter jets flying over Tehran as well as an attack on Shiraz airport. Iranian officials said the country’s air defense systems intercepted a “hostile drone” over Tehran. Earlier, several explosions were also heard in Tehran, while details of these incidents remain unclear. The Israeli army further stated that dozens of its fighter jets, guided by military intelligence, carried out a large-scale attack against Iran’s air defense systems. In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced a missile attack on industrial facilities in the city of Haifa. The IRGC warned that attacks on energy facilities could lead to a further escalation of the conflict in the region
