Iranian media have reported that Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the country’s Foreign Minister, is set to travel to Pakistan, Oman, and Russia as part of a new round of diplomatic engagements. According to the Iranian news agency Mehr News Agency, the report published on Friday, April 24, states that Araghchi will begin his visits tonight. The report indicates that the purpose of the trip includes bilateral consultations, discussions on ongoing regional developments, and a review of the latest situation regarding the conflict. The diplomatic tour comes as the ceasefire between the United States and Iran expired on Wednesday. Meanwhile, talks over potential peace negotiations hosted by Pakistan remain unclear and uncertain.
