Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has announced that Tehran welcomes any initiative that could lead to a complete end to the war. Araghchi said diplomatic consultations with Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other neighboring countries are continuing. He added that Iran is prepared to cooperate with regional countries in establishing a “fact-finding committee” to investigate the targets that have been attacked. He also warned that Israel may be behind some attacks on civilian targets in Arab countries. The Iranian foreign minister further claimed that information has been received suggesting that the United States and Israel are also launching attacks against Arab countries from specific locations. He also said that the United States has developed a drone similar to Iran’s “Shahed,” known as “LUCAS.” Araghchi emphasized that ending the war would depend on guarantees that such attacks will not be repeated and on the payment of compensation. He said Iran is ready to review any proposed plan aimed at ending the conflict.
