KABUL: The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) held a meeting at its headquarters to discuss ways to strengthen the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan. During the meeting, the list of weapons and military equipment needed for Tajik border forces at the Afghan border was reviewed and revised. This action aims to enhance border security and address potential threats in the region. Despite Russia recognizing the Taliban and Central Asian countries increasing their economic and trade relations with the Taliban, these countries have repeatedly expressed their security concerns since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan.
