Sohail Afridi, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and a leader of Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf party, says Pakistan saw peace only during Imran Khan’s three-and-a-half-year government.
He said: “We saw peace only during the three-and-a-half years of the founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf’s government, and we will firmly oppose any policy that is not in the public interest.”
Afridi said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would not support policies that, in its view, were against the interests of the people.
