Afghan football coach Ahmad Sohail Sahari has obtained the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) A-level coaching licence, one of the most recognised coaching qualifications in Asian football. Sahari said he received the certificate after completing the training course, passing technical examinations and fulfilling all required stages of the programme. He is a former coach of Afghanistan’s youth national teams and currently works as a coach for a football club in Australia. The AFC A-level coaching licence is considered one of the highest professional coaching qualifications in Asia and can provide coaches with greater opportunities to work with professional teams and compete at higher levels.
