Information and Culture Minister Shahrahmad Haqqani made remarks during a journalist capacity-building program in Kapisa, referring to recent Pakistani airstrikes on Afghan territory. He said those who kill Afghan children in “brutal bombings” should know that “we do not carry out bombings and we are not afraid of hardships.” Haqqani added: “We are not afraid and we do not accept defeat. We have defeated those who were more equipped than us in terms of modern technology and advanced weapons.”
