Israel has expressed dissatisfaction with the way ceasefire negotiations between Iran and the United States have been conducted, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal. The report states that Israel was not formally involved in the negotiations and was only informed during the final stages of the agreement. A White House official said consultations with Israel were largely limited to a phone call between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. According to the official, Netanyahu agreed to the ceasefire, although his office has not yet issued a formal public response. Meanwhile, mediators have indicated that Israeli officials oppose certain aspects of the agreement, particularly the inclusion of Lebanon. Israel maintains that issues concerning Iran and Lebanon should be addressed separately. On the other hand, Netanyahu has stated that the agreement does not cover Lebanon, a position also reiterated by Trump. At the same time, the Israeli military announced that it has halted operations inside Iran, while continuing its strikes against Hezbullah in Lebanon.
