Iran has carried out missile and drone attacks targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, according to regional reports. In Bahrain, a missile strike on the BAPCO oil refinery triggered a large fire. The Bahraini Ministry of Interior said efforts are ongoing to contain the blaze and confirmed that material damage has been recorded. In Kuwait, Iranian drones targeted two power plants and desalination facilities, causing material damage and putting the facilities out of operation. No casualties have been reported. Additionally, Kuwait’s government complex, known as the “Ministries Complex,” and oil facilities were also targeted, though no injuries were reported. The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defense said its air defense systems intercepted Iranian missile and drone attacks. Meanwhile, the Iranian military claimed responsibility for strikes on aluminum factories in the UAE and U.S. military infrastructure in Kuwait.
