He had warned Iranian officials that if the Strait of Hormuz was not reopened, there would be a possibility of attacks on energy facilities and power plants. However, after Trump twice delayed his decision and announced the continuation of talks to reach a diplomatic solution, the tone of Israeli media toward the possibility of an acceptable agreement has become more cautious and somewhat pessimistic. At the same time, in recent days, reports have also been published indicating that the United States is reviewing preparedness for a possible multi-week ground operation against Iran.
