Thousands of Americans have signed a petition calling for Barron Trump, the youngest son of U.S. President Donald Trump, to serve in the military and be sent to fight if a war with Iran breaks out. According to a report by a German newspaper, the petition emerged as political and military tensions between the United States and Iran continue to rise. Signatories argue that if ordinary citizens are expected to join the military during a war, the family members of political leaders should also serve like everyone else. So far, neither Barron Trump nor President Donald Trump has issued an official response to the petition.
