The Human Rights Watch said an attack on the “Shajareh Tayyeba” primary school in Minab, southern Iran, which killed more than 108 children on February 27, should be investigated as a possible war crime. In a statement, the organization said that although the school is located near a naval complex belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, it is separated from military buildings and has its own wall and independent access to the street.
