U.S. President Donald Trump said that Iran will face severe strikes in the coming days. Speaking at the White House during a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Trump stated, “Large-scale and extensive attacks are currently underway.” He warned, “They (Iran) no longer have air defenses, and they no longer have any detection systems. They will suffer very heavy damage.” Trump also reiterated that many members of Iran’s leadership, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, have been killed in U.S. and Israeli strikes, leaving the regime facing an uncertain future. “Many of the individuals we had in mind have been killed,” he said. “There is another group now, and according to reports, they may have been killed as well.”
