KABUL: The foreign ministries of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, in separate statements, expressed their condolences to the government and people of Afghanistan following a deadly landslide in Kapisa province. In the statements, sympathy has been extended to the families of the victims, and wishes for a speedy recovery have been conveyed to the injured. Reports indicate that the tragic event occurred in the Eliaskhail area of the Central Kapisa region, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, including two children, while six others were injured. Landslides are natural disasters that occasionally inflict both human and material losses in various regions of Afghanistan.
