New round of Russia–U.S.–Ukraine talks to begin in Switzerland

MOSCOW: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, stated that a new phase of trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, on February 17 and 18 of this week, according to the state-run TASS news agency. The Kremlin spokesperson added that the Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinsky, an advisor to the Russian President. It is noteworthy that the second phase of the trilateral negotiations was held on February 4 and 5 in the United Arab Emirates, during which Kyiv and Moscow reached an agreement on the exchange of 314 prisoners of war.
