KABUL: The selection committee of the Afghan national futsal team has announced the final list of 14 players who will participate in the 2026 AFC Futsal Championship. According to a statement from the Afghanistan Football Federation, the selected players are: Ali Ahmad Mohseni, Ali Reza Jafari, Mohammad Jawad Safri, Abbas Haidari, Hamid Reza Hosseini, Khodadad Ebrahimi, Reza Hosseini Pour, Mohammad Moradi, Sayed Murtaza Hosseini, Farzad Mahmoudi, Sayed Mujtaba Hosseini, Akbar Kazemi, Omid Qanbari, and Sayed Hossein Musavi As per the announced schedule, the Afghan futsal national team will depart for Indonesia today to compete in the 2026 AFC Futsal Championship. The final stage of the tournament will take place from February 7 to 18, 2026, with 16 teams participating in Indonesia.
