WASHINGTON: The White House has unveiled the members of the “Gaza Peace Council,” which is chaired by Donald Trump, President of the United States. The council aims to rebuild Gaza, ensure stability, and restore essential services. The council includes experienced international figures in diplomacy, development, and security, such as Marco Rubio, Jared Kushner, Steve Witkoff, Tony Blair, and Ajay Banga. Additionally, the White House has announced the formation of the “National Governance Committee for Gaza,” chaired by Ali Shaath, which will be responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of institutions and essential services in Gaza. The United States has emphasized that the implementation of this plan will be coordinated with Israel, Arab countries, and the international community, with the goal of achieving lasting peace and economic prosperity in Gaza.
