ISLAMABAD: Pakistani media reports indicate that Germany has decided to resume the evacuation of more than 2,000 Afghans after several months of delays due to restrictions and legal issues in Germany. According to reports, this process includes individuals facing Taliban retaliation or threats. Sources state that only those Afghans who have successfully navigated their cases in courts or have formally received permission to travel to Germany are eligible for transfer. Additionally, these individuals must complete security clearances before entering Germany. Furthermore, an exit permit from Pakistan is required, and the Pakistani authorities have given these individuals until September 1 to leave the country.
