KABUL: Former Afghan jiu-jitsu national champion Sohail Fadai has emerged victorious against his American opponent in a mixed martial arts match. The competition held within the PFC (Professional Fighters Council) organization, in Texas, USA where he managed to secure a submission victory in the first round. The PFC organization shared a video of Fadayee’s win on its Facebook page, congratulating him and wishing victory for Afghanistan. Reports indicate that he has now competed in four mixed martial arts matches, winning all of them. Also, Afghan boxer Mohammad Zakaria Zamani secured a victory against his Russian opponent the previous day.
