KABUL: The Islamic Resistance Movement of Hamas has announced that it has attacked an Israeli military center located in the southern part of Gaza.
According to international media reports, Hamas launched rocket strikes last night on the “Morag Corridor,” which is an Israeli command and control center.
On the other hand, the Israeli military stated that a missile launched from the southern city of Khan Younis hit a humanitarian aid distribution center in Rafah, approximately 250 meters away.
The Israeli military added that despite the attack, the aid distribution center would remain open today, providing assistance to tens of thousands of people throughout the week.
Israel has previously claimed that Palestinian groups in Gaza disrupt the humanitarian aid distribution process; however, Hamas and other factions have rejected these allegations.
The distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza has faced criticism from both Israel and the U.S., with the United Nations labeling it a “death trap.”
