KABUL: In the latest rankings released by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Afghanistan national cricket team has moved up to ninth place in T20 matches. This new ranking was published yesterday, showing a one-position improvement for Afghanistan.
Previously, Afghanistan was ranked tenth, while Bangladesh held the ninth position. With this update, Afghanistan has surpassed Bangladesh in the T20 rankings.
In the current T20 rankings, India holds the top spot, followed by Australia in second and England in third.
Additionally, the Afghan national cricket team is ranked seventh in One Day Internationals (ODls) and eleventh in Test matches.
